Keep Coming Back At Max’s

Whenever we want some decent Filipino food, we always go to Max’s, as there’s one at the town. The restaurant has been a personal favorite for years. Though my family sometimes complains about the price and getting the same food all over again, it’s far better to eat our favorite Filipino meals than settle with fast food meals. I also believe we have a lot to choose from at Max’s.

Youngest’s First Birthday Treat

It was my sister’s 21st birthday and for the first time, she decided to treat us to lunch. Instead of having a separate celebration with some of her closest friends, she just invited them to come with us in Marquee Mall that day. In fairness to my sister, she was game in almost every food we are suggesting her to order at T.G.I. Friday’s.

Fish And Omelette For Lent At Pancake House

We rarely go to SM Clark. My sisters would always suggest this place whenever we’re around the area but for me, it’s better to go to Marquee Mall because of the latter’s location. It’s easier to drive out of the city since Marquee is located near the Angeles NLEX Exit. But one time, after shopping for some supplies at Puregold DutyFree Clark, my sisters were able to convince my Mom to make a detour at SM Clark for dinner.

Post-Shopping Merienda At Max’s

It was one of those afternoons that Mom and I would go to the mall to shop for groceries, but this time, we were with my brother. Mom was hungry even before we arrived to the supermarket but she agreed to have the merienda after we’ve bought everything we needed from SM Baliuag. Though she was eyeing to eat at the food court, my brother and I were able to convince her to eat merienda at Max’s instead.  Every time my brother is coming home to the country, he always tries to eat at most twice at the restaurants just to have a taste of their foods again. This was his first visit to the restaurant since he left for Japan last year.

Happy 2012 At Italianni’s

We missed the fun of spending holidays outside last Christmas so for the first day of 2012, my mother agreed to spend it in Marquee Mall. Even if mall hours would start at 12 noon during New Year, we didn’t mind going there early to get a good parking slot. A spacious parking area greeted us when we arrived there 30 minutes before the opening time.

Trying Out The Honey Roast Chicken At Kenny Rogers

I was well prepared on what I was going to order at Kenny Rogers – Trinoma for lunch but things didn’t turn out the way I hoped them to be. I’ve been craving for a roasted chicken for days and that was supposed to be satisfied yesterday if only Kenny’s classic roast chicken was available. There was no cooked chicken available when I ordered and so they offered me their new roast chicken instead.

First Salad Meal At Pancake House

I know how to eat salads but you will barely see me ordering one whenever we’re eating out. I only take chance at eating leafy vegetables when I know they’re good enough for my family and myself. A few delicious salads I know are from Italianni’s (Sicilian Chicken Salad) and Cyma (Roka Salad). I’ve got to try Pancake House‘s salad before as a side dish in a meal set and I did like it. Hoping to enjoy their salad once again, I went to Pancake House for dinner last Monday.
